      • Once the matter is investigated with the Sales Operation team of Binshaheen Trading Est, the cancelation process begins. Cancelation process can takes up to 3 working days.

      • Binshaheen Trading Est will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of KSA.

      • Delivery of products will be done within 48 working hours by Binshaheen Trading Est Sales team at the doorstep of the address provided within KSA.
        Subsequent home delivery will be made on a weekly basis. For delivery of products, the timelines will be vary depending on the size
        and value of the purchase and the status of orders can be tracked through our web commerce system.

      • Multiple shipments/deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
